The Clutches of Time

This spell is intended to be cast on the Astral, although it would affect an individual under the effects of out of time's grip. Essentially, it summons just enough temporal energy from another plane to have time's effects catch up with a recipient who has been "cheating" time by staying on the Astral Plane. For some, this spell will be a minor hindrance, but for those who've spent many years, decades or even centuries there, this spell can be instantly lethal.
