Misspell Mantle - Phaerimm

This spell enables the caster to create an invisible aura around any single creature. The creature will not feel anything, and the spell will not take effect until the being uses a magical item or casts a spell.

At that time, instead of the intended effect, a random, “wild” magical effect, similar to the discharges of a wand of wonder (and possibly harmful to the target creature) will occur instead. The wild magic Wild Surge Results table in the Tome of Magic can be used if the DM desires. The magical item charge (if any) or spell is expended, regardless of the result.

A successful dispel magic will remove this unseen mantle. An affected creature will radiate magic strongly.
