Lubricity

This spell has three basic applications: it can be cast on an individual creature, on a single object of 12 cubic feet volume or less, or on a 20-foot square patch of floor.

In its personal application, lubricity acts as oil of slipperiness. It does not hinder the recipient's ability to move, but it renders him immune to any kind of grappling, grasping, or constriction attack and allows him to instantly free himself from any kind of entangling ropes, bonds, or webs.

When applied to an object, the item becomes impossible to pick up, carry, or handle. If cast on an object held by a creature, the creature is allowed a saving throw vs. spell to negate the effect.

If cast on a floor or similar surface, lubricity makes a 20-foot square extremely slick. Any creature standing in or moving into the area has a 95% chance to slip and fall. A fallen creature can regain its footing with a successful saving throw vs. spell, or it can choose to crawl or roll out of the area at the rate of 10 feet per round. Note that creatures on the ground may suffer defensive penalties (see Combat in the PHB or DMG).

The material component is a pinch of powdered graphite.

Notes: Rare spell. (Updated from Polyhedron Newszine).
