Jester's Jest

A target creature that does not make a successful saving throw vs. spell becomes instantly serious, and everything it says will be sorrowful and sad, depressing those around it. Reaction checks to the creature suffer a -4 penalty. This spell was created by Lendolin the Laughless, jester to King Azoun I.
