Detect Temporal Anomaly

When this spell is east, the chronomancer is attuned to turbulence in the timestream and can scan a 9 [I-degree by 90-degree area (one eighth of a sphere) every round. A tier locating an anomaly, the severity can be determined by another round of concentration. The wizard has a 5% chance per level to recognize the cause. On the Demiplane of Time, distance is not it factor, and the spell detects the nearest turbulence in any scanned direction. On the Prime Material, the range is 30 yards per level. In either case, sight is also a limiting factor.
