PriestLv. 4

Weather Dome

This spell brings into being an invisible barrier against the elements over one person or object upon which it is cast. The dome moves with that person or object. Inside the dome, the temperature is comfortable and the ground is dry. The dome repels most effects of nature, such as rain, snow, hail, sleet, frost) high winds, desert heat, and extreme cold. These effects must be natural and not magical (for example, a cone of cold still affects those inside). This spell does not keep out natural catastrophes such as rock slides or sea waves, but does protect against tornadoes, hurricanes, and typhoons.

The material components are a tent-shaped leaf and a 1,000-gp or greater, value diamond, which are destroyed in the casting of the spell.

Notes: Very rare spell. (Updated from Dragon Magazine.)
