Natural Fortitude

This spell enables the druid to bestow resistance to the effects of heat, cold, fatigue, and hunger. The creature is unaffected by normal heat or cold. Magical heat or cold ends the effect immediately, but the spell absorbs up to 5 points of heat or cold damage as it dissipates.

Physical fatigue is magically banished as if the creature had one hour of sleep per level of the caster.

However, any attempt to memorize spells without also undergoing the natural required rest before meditation destroys the spell effect immediately, and the banished fatigue returns immediately.

The effects of hunger or starvation are delayed until the spell expires.

The material component is mistletoe.
